    Default Kayak Trip Report, Garth Slough


    Found a few this morning in Garth Slough on Lake Wheeler. Fish were on stumps in 3 to 4 feet of water. Caught and released 25 or 30, spider rigging 1/16oz jigs with Chartreuse Bobby Garlands. Fish were hitting fast and strong for about an hour but shut down once the fog burnt off. No slabs, all were 10 to 11 inches.
