    Default Navionics or lakemaster card

Just bought a H-bird 859ci HD DI combo. This is a far cry from my old fishfinder and someone suggested that i might be able to find a navionics or lakemaster card for sale. Anybody got one that they would be willing to get rid of for a beginner.

    Thanks

What areas do you fish specifically? I would rec. the Navionics + with SonarCharts and look for the preloaded version which will contain the all the data that Premium does across the US and Canada. Hotmaps Premium doesn't contain the SonarCharts data or layer the card isn't big enough. Plus the Nav + is a non region specific card, you download or add the high Def SonarChart data or layer to the lakes or areas that you fish.

To preview the SonarChart layer go to the WebbApp zoom in on the areas that you fish click on the Sonar Icon on the lower left corner fro SonarChart layer.https://webapp.navionics.com/?lang=e...y=w%60vqGn_vxP

The other bonus with bird you can Log Sonar and upload it to Navionics they will process the data making a map area or areas better then after a week you refresh your card with the new mapping. This service is available for a year with purchase of a new card.

Wow. That went way over my head. I fish Ross Barnett, okapi bee ( twice ) but I like it. Also fish eagle Lake and chotard. I am purchasing a terrova with link to use with my new bird 859 and just learned that I will need lake master for trolling motor to talk to ff. Thanks fir the info tho. Will look into it
