    Figured I would share a pic from this year in the mountains. The Man blessed me with this nice one. Shot was 24yd, recovered him 115yds. Took 4 of us 11 1/2 hour to get him back to camp.Attachment 215872Name: elk.jpg Views: 310 Size: 118.3 KB

    He's great! My favorite big game animal. I quit hunting deer when I began hunting Elk back in the early 70's. In my younger days I walked many a mile in the mountains carrying a recurve. Congratulations!!
