    Default Henderson Saturday

Went with dad Saturday and started up north. I kept trying to catch sacalait, but he kept pulling in bass, so I switched. We had a good time. Found a couple of deep schools. The biggest went about three pounds but most were in the pound to pound and a half range. I kept trying to pull sacalait out of good looking spots, but they were not cooperating. I caught 1 keeper and one throwback. The keeper was absolutely full of teeny tiny grass shrimp when I cleaned her. Name: image.jpg

The bass are All over. I caught a bunch of Sacalait sat. Only kept 18. There were about 5-6 ft deep in 7-11ft of water

Very nice box of fish. I'm planning on going tomorrow, if the weather cooperates. I'm not much of a bass fisherman (if the truth be told, I'm not much of a Sacalait fisherman either) but sacs are what I try to catch.
