    Whole deal is exchange with Walmart they then return to B&M. Let them have the hassle. B&M will tell you send the tip back to them then they will determine whether it is warranty or not. Problem with their warranty is cost more to ship back than it costs for a new tip. Done been down that road.

    Boy Howdey. Janis Brasfield, sales manager for BnM, contacted me this morning by E Mail. I called her and gave the details of how it broke and she is waving the return a sending me a new tip end FOC. Can't beat that for service

    I was buying front 1/2 of Bucks jig poles in lots of 6 or more at a time . I changed to Ozark about 4 years ago and have not broke even one rod .
