These are some catfish we caught..Since the forum encourages pictures. Heres mine. Caught on crickets by the cypress trees. Had a blast. One of my best fishing trips..

Can't say I've ever caught that many catfish on crickets! I wonder if you were just on top of a big group of them or something? Looks like it was a great day to me! And yes...we love pictures!

Here is the link to the "Bobber Stoppers" at BPS......easy to install....just run your line thru the wire loop for about 6".....then slide the orange bead and rubber stopper up your line for about 15".....sliding this on the line will put a kink in it, just cut off that part........then slide your cork on the line.....be sure to wet your line when sliding the bobber stopper up or down to extend the life of it......use the cork of your choice just make sure it is set up for a slip cork.....my picture shows how I have it set up for shiners and I have used it fishing as much as 14 ft. deep.....

Thanks for the info bruce! Im stopping by Bass Pro Shop on the way home and get me some! The catfish were just biting like that. I trolled around about the size of a football field and they were biting. I threw back about 10 or so because I didn't want to clean that many! LOL

make sure you get the ones with the round plastic beads......some of them don't have the beads......I can only find my corks at Academy....
