Default A different arrangement for jigs

I am not a jig tie r. I made some jigs from leftover spinnerbait rubber and heat shrink. Made these several years ago.

Wanted to share this with you artists.

Should catch crappie Cane Pole. I guess only draw back is how many colors does heat shrink tubing come in? I would think Chartreuse would be hard to find, LOL! I have no clue of course since I never looked for that.

Still great idea and think a few colors could do the trick!

    Great job Cane Pole!

I found another little piece of heat shrink. The jig head is a Lindy jig I won at Grizzly Jig. The tail is something that looks a little like hair and you pull what you want off a strip. When I put the heat to it to shrink the tubing, the hair like stuff kinked a little. I got a box of this stuff at a home auction.

Those are good Tom. Outside the box as always. I've seen jigs in stores that didn't look that good. Try wrapping the hair with a paper towel or something to offset the heat needed for the shrink wrap to act.

Will do. Probably wet the towel a little too. What is this hair looking stuff anyway? I found some large hawk feathers. They any good for decor? Feathers are white and gray/grey.
