I too, send prayers and strength to the Swanson family as they struggle to make sense of this terrible turn of events. God speed to Jimmy and his family.

Sorry to hear this, was looking forward to seeing him at the upcoming fall fest. I know Jimmy loved to fish Lake Secession and was always willing to contribute to our "Fest" activities. Tell him we will be lifting the entire family in prayer.

Prayers sent. I only met jimmy once and thought how nice of a guy he was. Offered me a tag along trip fishing and I should have jumped on it, but I was busy hunting with my kids. So sorry to hear this sad news. We will be praying for you and your family.

I just seen the sad news about Jimmy. I know I'll miss him. I always looked forward to seeing Jimmy at our fests well as reading all his posts. He was not just words either as he always helped in getting things organized and prizes donated whenever we put on an event. I know how much work getting an event together takes and Jimmy graciously did more than his share of the work helping to make sure everyone that attended left with a smile on their faces.

Tracy, prayers sent up for you and the family and I just know that the Lord above will help guide you thru the next few trying days/weeks. I know Jimmy is looking down with a big smile now AND holding a stringer of 3 lb crappies. If there's ANYTHING you need that I can help you with please just let me know.

I too am saddened to hear this news. I always enjoyed reading Jimmy's posts. Especially this time of year when the Tigers were playing. He will be missed around here for sure! I met Jimmy in person at the 2011 Fall Fest on Hartwell and didn't take long to figure out he was a stand up guy!

We will be praying for Jimmy and the family during this trying time. The Lord works in mysterious ways and he certainly has a plan. We don't have to agree with it or understand it, but one day we can make better sense of it.
