Thread: Went after shrimp this morning.

My daughter,wife and I got up at 4:00am this morning and went after shrimp this morning. We went to a marina behind the hard rock casino we got there about 7:30 am and they were several shrimp boats there. They had mostly large and medium shrimp this morning. We haggled a little and came back with 200# of shrimp. We got the large for $3.50 a pound and the mediums were $2.25 a pound. And did find a few small for $1.50 a pound. The wife likes to use some of the smaller size for brown rice and shrimp that she makes. They were of a nice size also and they said they were catching them pretty good right now. Just letting others here in Mississippi on crappie.com know if you want some shrimp they are catching them pretty good now. And they taste good too because we boiled up some tonight for supper.

$2.50 lb. for 16/21's in south la. right now, just got 400 lb.
