    Way to go 20Watt. Looks like those Ouachita crappie liked the looks of your jigs. I like them too. I have caught many fish on that red/chartreuse pattern. I was thinking of going to a bayou off the river on Monday just before I read your post. Hmmmmm! I wonder? Great report 20Watt. It feels good to catch fish on jigs you tie yourself.

    You need to give me some lessons on making jigs. That would be a good hobby for dad.

    The tying isn't that hard, it just takes a lot of time. Also it's an endless pit as far as how much you can spend on it and being a tackleholic doesn't help at all. We went to the Honey hole after fishing and spent $60 on material and this morning i spent $40 more on Ebay so these jigs have to catch a bunch of fish to pay out in the end.
