    Default A little Stockton action

Got to the Lake about 8ish, first brush pile zip,
    second brush pile, zip,
third brush pile 22 ft of water, 6 nice 10 inchers, then moved off the brush and pitched jig, purple/chartruse and let it fall for a count of 15, raised up rod, (like rick/jason showed me) tap, keeper, 5 more times, then they quit,,, so 11 fish, no short ones, darn fine day,
water is a bit dingy at twin bridges, sons creek pretty brown, big sac not to bad,,, plus 200 walley fishermen out today, they had every point covered, and the trollers were out in force,,,, hope they had some luck....

Sounds like a good time to me. How high are you raising the rod after you drop it? Congrats.

just up off the last count, then as it swings towards the brush slowly reel up, and I mean slow.

Double treble hooks will work good in those brush piles. Go for it.
