    glad I went, best day I've had in a while caught 17 keepers all of them in 12 to 14 foot of water and a pile of throw backs.and no I did'nt bring all 17 home, I only kept 5 for supper........

    Pork ribs, had to improvise a little bit being as Ms Tammy thought we needed to go get her some boots but she also wanted ribs.
    Smoked the devil out of the ribs in the smoker for 3.5 hours at 200 then took them off and placed them on a roaster and covered then up real good with foil and put them in the oven and set the timer for 6 more hours at 200, got home to some fine eating. Electric Masterbuilt is on the list of things to get, have to baby sit this gas smoker but it does a reall good job.

    don't doubt that one bit, when through a spot today that was stacked up, almost wished for a minner!!!!

    I went back this morning for a few hours and caught 8 before I had to leave to cook lunch for the kids.almost felt like fall fishing.
