Prayer Request Any advice would be great!!!

A few buddies and I are heading down to Beaver in the morning for a little get away with the wives, so our fishing will be a little more limited than we would want, so we have to make it count. We have a stripper guide set up for Friday morning but we are all really Crappie guys. We mainly fish Smithville up in Kansas City and the water is way different. So... if you have any tips it would be very helpful and I promise we will toss the largest ones back>

We fished Beaver for crappie a couple years ago and never caught crappie. Caught plenty of bass and some catfish. It is my understanding the farther up the lake you can get from the dam the better. There are a few resident experts from over that direction. Hopefully they will PM some tips. Good luck.

Better cancel that stripper guide and go with a striper guide , your wives might frown on that .

We fished War Eagle arm for Crappie Masters this year and most of the guys did well in that arm of the lake. Lots of standing timber and good main river channel. Fish the bluffs whenever possible.
