    I'm looking for on the water training for HB 360 and 1198. I live near Lexington, Ky. and would travel to where ever.

    Ricky went in my boat with me about 2 months ago. He was very helpful. Left a handout for me to refer to later that he said he gives out at seminars he does some times.
