    Default Hillsdale Thursday

Fished from 4 til dark started out with trees and piles nothing bit small crappie. Started trolling cranks which is all new to me. Went across damn picked up a few small crappie. Continued up towards windsurfer area and got into some in 19ft of water. Tried jigs in the area they didn't want anything to do with it. Back to cranks we went in the same area found a few keepers. Could not keep the cats off.

Thanks for the report. Will have to give pulling cranks a shot one of these days.

No problem. It is addicting and a little expensive but worth it.

Pulling cranks is a blast especially when you get set up to do it right. You don't catch as many but I seem to catch better fish

Their running water again. Lake is pretty high. Wasn't seeing fish in the roll. Noone fishing at 420pm.
