Now that you say that paw paw, I remember seeing them use one to spray for mosiquotoes after the hurricanes. It was impressive seeing that big ole plain fly low over the marsh!

JR, your Dad was a super hero of the highest caliber. Thanks to veterans like him we won the war and became the worlds most powerful nation. I wonder if there are people of such caliber left in the USA today. I know you lost your Mom recently but I think you Dad is still living. Next time you talk to him please give him a great big thank you for us.

Just now noticed the signature has faded due to the sunlight. Pappy's Corsair is now in the Air and Space Museum in Washington.
They make sheet glass that provides UV protection. I used to work in a frame shop that carried it, and we'd cut to fit whatever it was going in. You may check around with any quality frame shop and see if they carry it near you. Might prevent total loss of the signature. Nice pictures by the way. I like both of them, particularly the DC4

    Will do PPG.

He's went back in the hospital today. His heart is weak. One doc say's 25% capacity other said 50%. Causes fluid build up in the lungs. I don't look for him to last long after Mom passed.

Sorry to hear that JR. Your pictures are excellent. I hope you keep them out for all to see instead of put away some place to bring out on occasion. Those are to viewed on a daily basis if it were me.
