    Default Grenada Saturday 7/25

Hit the water early saturday morning trying to beat the heat. This was only my second attempt at pulling crankbaits but I think I did pretty good for a newby. I fished from around 6 and was loading the boat up at 10. I fished in 15 to 20 fow and the action was pretty constant. If I wasnt in the catfish I was catching crappie. I ended the day just one short of the limit at 14, and I dont know how many shorts I threw back. The new arkie 350 crankbaits were awesome! Thank Rees Guide for gettin me started with the arkies! The chrome seemed to get better and better the higher the sun got but the pink and black were hard to beat early!
