Thats nothing to sneeze at DA it was definitely slow...looks like you got a real whopper in there! Did you go north or south from the launch? I caught em all in grand river between the cut to middle flat and the canal to pats bay...more on wood today than in the lillies.

Thanks Gene...it was a conundrum out there today. I swear it was slower for me than last Saturday...I just couldn't figure out a pattern or anything. Then I get back home and turns out i did better than last week! I guess I caught more throwbacks last week or something. I brought home 13 in 7 hours and I'd bet I caught 2 in every hour...it weren't fast...thank goodness for the goggleyes in between to keep me interested...

GF..u tuff...7 hours n that heat! I actually put n at a different landing that is about 5 miles closer to home, so it was all north of the landing I normally put n at. Water looked good, but no bite. I think when the water starts moving things will get better. Some cooler weather wouldn't hurt either!

Nice GF, you whacked some goggle eye also. Time to re-tune those jigs.
