Default Okay I Made A Little Slide Show On a Marabou Jig

So here it is and a couple notes. I use my thumb nail and finger to fluff the parts stuck together and remove the worst part and use the rest. Also when you pinch the marabou and cut extra part off ( the bad ends) to tie in and once you place it on the shank you can add a little pressure to help cover the whole shank as well as you can.

I also added this link into the sticky post with videos and slide show stuff!

If the feather has not stuck together parts I would do anything before o tear off the barbules to tie with. The only part skipped would be between 1 and 3. I still make a pile like I want and pick it up, cut and tie in.

I should add anytime you buy string marabou it's gonna have stuck together parts at the quill end. They die it all strung blood quills together so unless you do you own die job, it's going to have stuck together parts.

Thanks guys, I will make a couple decent videos soon, just need room or someone to hold camera. Would use my tripod, but no room.

    Skip,
Your videos are always so informative and easy for people to understand from the beginner to the advanced. You have a gift for sharing tips and techniques and it is much appreciated. I do not tie as much as I used to because of Arthur - it - is but I still enjoy tying once in a while just for my own use. Keep up the great work. Well done!

Thank you old friend, I just think it out and try to show enough steps to see what I have been talking about and sometimes a picture clears the view!
