While Dennis and I were on the phone talking about Exede, he let me know he did some metal work and what not. I told him the handle for the winch I bought for the 373v was too long and a knuckle buster. He told me to bring it with me and he'd shorten it. I did and he came through with a factory looking crank handle after cutting and welding it while I installed his Sattelite, even painted it to boot. It works perfect! Thanks so much for that!

Thanks for the good words Dennis and having an old fart like me over! Was good to meet you and your bride and hope this service works out for you. Being limited data and requiring a 24 month contract makes for a hard sale at times. I have the service myself and was concerned about the limited data having three teenage daughters. I spoke with all three of them about it and to my surprise, all of us were able to resist being online as much as we were used to and came into the end of the month with 2.9 gigs to spare out of the 10 gig package I installed for myself. Even though I have access to unlimited DSL at my place, I signed on to the service myself so I would know exactly what my customers could expect. It's faster than the DSL I had, so I came out on top, not to mention made a profit off myself.

Toon is thinking about it for his lake house. I encourage anyone that lives somewhere with crappy internet to at least talk to me about your options. In most cases, I can install it the same day you order it as long as it's ordered earlier in the day.

Redge, the Jury's still out on whether I'm a good guy or not although I am dang pretty!

Still thinking about the satellite internet service. Unfortunately all of the issues with the high water and the dock repairs have pretty much killed any budget I had for high speed internet.
