Good to know. I've tried supporting him, but lack of communication is terrible. If theres a problem, I dont like waiting then making 2-3 calls to get an answer. If you get ahold of him, he fixes it fast. But why does he need prompting?

I know Grandpa Bob has A Bad Rep on here for service But I'm here to give him a 5 star Rating I have placed several orders now and I only had problem with 1 time and it was solved asap ..He now has had a 4-5 day turn around and sometime less ..His shipping cost about the same as Crazy Angler.. I just wanted to give him a shout out for the good job of turning things around !!

Been hearing he's getting better - his prices are good but I'll wait for a bit before giving it another shot.

I had a problem when I first started tying and I did not know how is service was ..I'm on a very low budget on materials I cannot drop a couple of 100 on stuff every month so I have to pick and choose what I buy and where from .. I'm just saying give him a try thats all...

i like bob's also sometimes you have to be patient. Dont order after you run out plan ahead get it coming!!
