Headed up with the family Thursday night and fished Friday and Saturday. Fished and caught most of the fish early and late in the day with the heat being outrageous. My son is definitely a trooper since he never complained once about wanting to go back in. He reeled in the big one that he is in the picture with. Needless to say the look on his face was priceless. We had to use bobber stoppers and shiners fishing 16 feet deep in about 23-25 Feet of water. That made it a little difficult for them to fish with the wind but they managed to figure it out and catch a few. All of the fish were caught near midlake and the pendleton bride. Ended up with 30 Sacs and a few stragglers that little man insisted on keeping. Needless to say the Lord blessed us with great weekend and great weather! I love that place and cant wait to go back...hopefully in October ! Also thanks to everyone that answered my previous post and provided advice !!!
