    Default Hillbilly Crab Cakes

Made some crappie cakes with smoked gouda grits, strawberry pico de gallo and some sweet potato candy fries. Got to have fresh crappie for this dish. Stretching my 11 fish I caught Monday morning.

Ruined my appetite with those green peas. Mom used to MAKE us eat them and I still don't like them.

    Everything else looks great, Buddy.

If you share the recipe, please consider sharing the crappie and fresh squash. We have done that several times and shared it with more folks who absolutely love it.

Looks good but have to ask. What are smoked gouda grits? I like Gouda cheese and Grits.
