we did this a while back by taking a paper punch and poke out some little circles and put them back in the mold in shooting the tale real simple process if you've got a flat tail on a plastic bait. your wanting to use a tale on the same plastic bait to punch the circles out.

I'm assuming that you're talking about glow-in-the-dark in the polkadot.
