You are 100% correct buddy. On July 3rd I watched a gentleman set up in front of the boat on Kaw around the bridges and basically deadstick all morning. He put over 50 crappie in the boat in a couple of hours with 2 rods on jigs. He didn't have any giant crappie but several nice ones.
