    My daughter ask me last week if I had heard of it. A little research showed that is a high end type joint and not a fish and chips.

    Oh yeah that place looks to fancy for me... Crazy thing is..they dont even have sac a lait on the menu! I bet some of you fellers close by down there could make some $$ by keepin them stocked with fillets!

    I know those people well...they r from pointe coupee parish. They have a restaurant in new roads named "HOT TAILS"...pretty good if u like very spicy and hot. They r from the Batchelor/letsworth area and do pretty good on ol' river when fish r biting. If I ever get to new Orleans I plan to give them a try!!

    I think it is illegal to sell any fresh water gamefish, like bass and crappie.....

    Really? Theres a website that sells crappie, walleye and yellow perch filets. From way up north though. Wisconsin or one of those other funny-talkin states. Must be a Louisiana law. I think I remember that crappie fillets went for $17 a lb.
