    Nice goin, Joey.

Sat morning was another bust for me. Rnvinc and I went to a bay we had not fished this year and caught 2 good keepers within 10 minutes of putting the cranks in the water. For the next 4 hours we never caught another crappie. We were marking fish but very little bait. There was zero current and the NW wind that was supposed to be 5-7 ended up being 15-17. I had all the pulling cranks in 3 feet waves I wanted over Memorial weekend.

    Headed to Barkley this AM.

BTW, it looks like you organized your boat after seeing pictures of mine. Not supposed to be able to see any carpet in a crankbait boat.

Lol Mrdux you know those war Eagles just run out of room when you get all the stuff you need to catch a simple crappie. Lol. I've about decided it's going to be hard to go back to spider rigging after pulling cranks. You cover so much water you and always fell like you have a chance to catch em.

Quackrstackr and I pulled cranks for probably 10 miles thru all kinds of new, awesome looking water and didn't catch the 1st crappie. It was a fact-finding trip and opened up a lot of new water if they ever start pulling water again. We saw tons of fish in places we expected to catch them but they just weren't in the mood to chase a crank. Caught a bunch of cats, yellows and some bass. Just nothing that counted.
