Default Under the 24/27 bridge REPORT

Went to fish the 24/27 bridge on Tillery Sunday night, WT 87. After all the joy riders left it was a good night. Did not find much action around the bridge and when I started to move to a new spot I forgot to pull my new green light in and the TM knocked the bottom off. But it still works and after it dries out I will repair it. I still had my old light so I set up in a creek mouth and it was on. Ended up with over 20 keepers and some of the biggest perch I have seen. A cautionary note: Do not leave home without your net. I did and you can see from the picture what happens when you try flipping a fat 15’’ crappie in to the boat.

I've spent a lifetime breaking rods, can't even begin to say how many different ways. Only one was broke on a fish! Great report, thinking about night fishing myself. I have the equipment, its staying awake after dark is my problem!!!!
I only fish the two best days of the year, when its raining and when its not!
