    Default Thomas Hill conditions

Tried the T bridge (still closed; no sign of construction) Fished 2+hours in the evening. Water very high; murky below bridge, muddy above. Boats can still launch fine, but courtesy dock is not accessible due to water over access ramp.
Bite was very slow best on blue and white with nibble. Only 5 crappie and only one keeper. a baby flathead, bass and drum.
Talked to one guy in a boat. He had one keeper. Fished till almost 7:30.

my only positive is that with all the water the crappie should prosper and this fall/winter may be awesome!

Same here in Smithville....don't know how the spawn went for the crappies with the cold, then flood conditions. Just hope the shad spawn 3-4 times and what crappies we have look like footballs by the time we can start catching them!
