Default Ranger installed double seat holes for trolling

Ranger said they will install double trolling seat holes in a new boat. Anyone have experience with this? Are they secure?

Don't see why they wouldn't be....I have installed them myself in a couple of aluminum boats and they were secure.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I have an 03 and they said they couldn't...they said support has to be put in when they build the boat. Does that mean the new boats come with the support built in?

No. This is a boat to be built.

If they say they will do it during the build you can rest assured it will be sturdy.

Now if they could make the same offer in the 600 series they would have the most versatile Crappie boat in the market directly from the factory.
