Arkie Customer Service Top Notch!!!
I recently purchased some Arkie products from Wal Mart in Cabot. I had a minor issue with the functionality of one of the products and I sent Mitch a pm to bring the issue to his attention. He responded in just a few hours and informed me that he was aware of the issue, and that it has been resolved, and asked for an address where he could send a replacement. Within two days I had replacements (times three!!) sitting in my mail box! This type of service is getting very hard to come by nowadays. Thanks Mitch for the great service!
