    Default early birds on the pond


    Had my goddaughters for the weekend and they love to fish. Our croaker fish trip was canceled due to boat issues. The wife's dad wanted to take us out to catch croaker but fell through. So I took some minnows and hit the pond early instead. Fishing was great. The girls caught at least 10 fish a piece. They had a blast. Close to 25 fish total. Glad the fish were biting.
