    you have a good pattern skip looks like squirrel hair that you used but I imagine they would be deadly the bluegills are still hitting real good here .

    Yes Bob the pattern calls for squirrel hair and what I used. Probably should have time some with a squirrel hair tail too.

    Awesome. I make some similar I dont add the hair just the foam body and legs. Might have to add it now!

    Welcome to the site and board! This fly has no foam, but has Nylon Black chenille with some .015 lead wire wrapped around the shank to help it sink slow. The .015 lead wire is wrapped for about 1/4" of the shank. Try it you will like it!
