Findly caught a few this morning. Found them in 11'-12' water in and around brush and fish habitat. If my wife I was not getting hung up the fish were not there. Fish were hanging just above the bottom about 2'. The fish were also scattered here and there, never catching 2 in one place. We were fishing with 10' B&M poles with minnows. Water surface temp. 80° and weather temp. was cool to start with this morning low 60's and wind was not bad either. It warmed up to the low 80's making it a great morning to get out on the water.

I have put out fish habitat for years now mostly in the past I used cedar trees. This past year I started using PVC and some hard wood for fish habitat. Always good to have a few "honey holes" when the fishing gets tough. Where it is (legal) drop some fishing habitat it will help the fish and it will help your catching fish. "Build it and they will come".![]()
