    Default Few SLABS 6/2/15

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]I took my lil mama and lil man out to the reservoir today. We have been fishing other places, but cant seem to get on em i guess from the combination of high unstable water/post spawn. But man in my reservoir we were able to put a few slabs in the boat! Caught 15-18 n just a couple hours. 3fow. Half were dinks, like im going to enter them in the small fish competition, but the other half were HUGE!!! One was 17 and a quarter inches 4 over 16 inches, a 12 incher and 11 incher. My boy sure did have a blast. He is great at casting but doesnt quite get the trolling aspect yet. He thinks u need to have a pole in hand to catch fish! Wife enjoys laying out in the boat n a bikini and listening to the radio, and i dont mind that either!!! 😜 was power trolling at 1.0mph was the magic speed. And using 3 inch baits made by Arkansas Bow Hunter on a road runner head also made by ABH. Peas and carrots was the color of the day once again! I missed several more big fish right at the boat due to them weighing too much to swing em! 10 foot net aint long enuf for 14 foot rods haha.

my grand father was mowing around the farm so we stopped him and took a puk with him! He is mid 80's and still works hard everyday. And he is crazy about my lil boy!
