    Default Johnson Outdoors

While on my spring fling, I noticed that the #2 bank of my MK330D was taking 24 to 36 hours to fully charge it's battery. I called Johnson Outdoors customer service and told the service rep what my possible problem was. He said it sounded like it was malfunctioning. He needed the serial #and proof of purchase. I was at the lake and didn't get home until the end of the week. Of course the serial # was on the back of the unit so it had to come out. He asked me to switch the batteries which I had already done. I took it out the next morning after returning home and called them back. This time I got a different rep. The first rep had made notations in my file so I didn't have to go through the whole thing again. Told her when and where I bought it and gave her the serial #. She Emailed me a shipping label and I put old unit on Fed Ex Monday morning. I got a new unit on Friday morning. This is the way things used to work and is the reason that everything in my boat (Terrova, 2 hummingbirds, and MK330D) is from Johnson Outdoors. P.S. the serial # on this unit is on the power cord. Good people.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

I put mine on charge when I get in, usually about 2:00. They are fully charged before daylight.

Depends on the size of the charger, mine charges 15 amps per bank and will do the same as stormcloud's

I use a 5 amp per bank Minn Kota 315D charger, and I never have problems with my batteries fully charging over night. I did forget to plug in my charger at the CM championship and that didn't go so well. Johnson Outdoors
