Hey Guys just want to get the word out there... don't forget about JUN 6th. The CACA will be having a single pole Tourney coming up Soon. One man, One Pole, how much fairer can it get for you guys that don't spider rig or troll. I have heard that Midsouth Super Jig is going to really sweeten the pot for the top team that uses their bait. This is going to be a fun Tourney to be apart of so please come out and fish with us, tell a friend, or just come by and watch the weigh-ins. Hope to see everybody there and you can bet I will be using A Midsouth tube at some point during the Tourney. Let's all get together, Have a good turn out, some fellowship, and let me wish you all good luck to those planning on fishing Jun 6th. Let the single pole battle for Dardanelle begin. Good Luck guys, gals & kids.

I was about to post a similar thread. You beat me to it Russ! Don't forget about the new novice division for the teams who just want to test the waters. This was implemented for those that are Leary of diving right into the higher level of competition. There have only been two teams enter a tourney in division 2 so far. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

Hopefully the river will fall out enough by then? Lots have asked if we were still planning to hold the tournament and as long as there is no small craft advisory on lake Dardanelle we will fish!! If there is we will reschedule. I will post next Thursday if we have to reschedule.
Thanks

Jason, have you considered swapping the Dardanelle and Overcup dates?

I wasnt aware anyone on this forum could do any other than pushin cranks pullin cranks riggin brush riggin flats riggin semi private lake middles. Heck im impressed. Whisker do whisker donts. its all about the consumer man.
CMJ,
It is an option we have discussed but afraid it will be too confusing.

Last tournament was won with single pole and slip corks and it was open to rigging, crank baiting or single pole! We have a lot of talented crappie fisherman in the state. You should join us sometime.

This sounds fun! What are the entry fees?
11) Entry Fees-- Entry fees will be $60 for each boat which automatically includes a $10 big fish entry. Entry fees not collected during registration time will be considered as a non-participating boat to the event and therefore cannot participate in the awards payout. Payout will be 1 in 5 boats. After each 5th boat a place will be added (in example 6 boats enter, two places will be paid, 11 boats enter, three places will be paid and etc.) Entry fees will be cash only. Entry fees do not cover boat launch fees or license it is each person’s responsibility to take care of this. We will follow a 90/10 payout at each tournament 10% will be held out at each tournament to help with payout at the Championship this is still a 100% payback scale with all money being paid out and none being used for expenses!
