Default Can't fish, might as well cook!

Rain all day Thursday, so I took a small deer backstrap (already soaked overnight) and split it open. Covered with spinach/cream cheese/ jalepeno mixed. Rolled up, more seasoning, slathered on Italian dressing and bacon wrapped. No fancy smoker, just oven at camp. Last 15 minutes basted with teriyaki/pineapple sauce. Then ate with deer sausage dirty rice, squash and corn. Yes, it was good!!Name: DEER BS 1.jpg

Looks great "D" but when I first started reading I didn't see the complete picture. All I saw was Spick and Span, Sun Oxy....,and some Tony's and got to thinking "NO WAY". Glad it turned out well. I'd eat some.
