Thread: Good night

Made night fishing trip to Tillery Tuesday night and it was the best night fishing trip I have had. Was on the water at 7pm and started off long lining till dark. Hooked some small fish and a bass. Set up the lights on my best point and waited. Started off slow and was getting ready to move when the first minnows showed up so I said I will give it 30 more min. I lifted and dropped one of my long rods I was using so the minnow would look like it was swimming out of the light in to the dark. As it dropped under to the light BAM. So I dropped another minnow under the light BAM. Switched to a short rod and fished under the light till I had my limit. Was heading home at 11:30pm. WT 84, fishing in 30 FOW fish holding at 15/20 feet right under the lights..

Great job and report. I've gotta make some time for some more night fishing.
