    Cool D'Arbonne Report 5/19

Lake is up some and has a little current; water color isn't to bad; temp in the mid 70's.
Fished mostly 10-15 fow 4-8' deep.
Probably caught 35-40 but most were dinks; managed to get 18 that were 10"- 14".

Very respectable catch, especially after the deluge we had yesterday. Congratulations! I may have to try D'Arbonne. I got a new jig pole I want to try.

Ya' done good! Did the watershed for D'Arbonne miss the heaviest part of the rains?

Nice catch! Keep after 'em James!

I don't know how there's a lake, river, or pond (puddle, pot hole, bucket, cup...etc) within the state boundaries of Louisiana that isn't flooded right now! I was here at work and looking at the Red River a little earlier today. Doesn't seem fair that all those California folks are so dried up, while we have a ridiculous amount of water pushing through here. Wish we could pipe it over there to them.
