Frogg Toggs Chilly Pads. Never heard of these, they sound like something I could really use. I sweat at the drop of a hat!

Where is a good place to buy these chilly pads?

    Thanks again,

I fish some in Florida and a couple of years ago I found the "buff", which is just a semi elastic material that is really cool to wear. I never thought I'd like something like this around my neck and face but I love it. I keep it down around my neck until it starts to heat up, then I pull it up around my ears. It fits under a cap, so I like wearing a baseball style cap and this protects my neck and ears.
I never would have bought one, but my Florida buddy that I fish with loaned me one and I really liked it, so I got one a Walmart in Clewiston for around $15.

The ones I have I got at Lowes. Not Frogg Togg brand but work great. Check garden center or pro desk areas. Its a fabric of sorts that you wet and wring out and them put around neck, head or back and cools as it evaporates. Works much better than a towel.

I have tried the Buff, but I couldn't get used to it being around my neck. Maybe the one I had was too small for my big neck. LOL

Make sure the hat has a dark color underneath the bill like the Columbia and the straw hat. It makes a big difference.

    Buff, ballcap, and glasses.
I forced myself to get use to the neck buff. I thought I knew what pain was until my first bald head burn........... Never again no matter how much the discomfort may be.
