Default Chickamauga Lake 5-8-15... 2 TARP day

Fishing was a little slow overall with no current and little wind. We did manage two TARPS though. A 14.75 inch black crappie and a 15 inch white crappie. We caught 7 species total but not a lot of anything. Minnows and jigs on double rigs in "very" clear water. I added a little bit of Mega Strike to the jigs. We caught the big black crappie in about 13 feet along a rocky bank on a BG Horsefly Minnow Mind'R ( thanks Candi ) and the white crappie on a minnow. These crappie were big enough to cover up a dinner plate but lucky for them they didn't wind up on the dinner plate and were released. We love the "Chick" !
