you need your rod order reversed.....long ones in front. I use rod lengths that allow me to keep four ft. of separation between the lines.

What size snaps do you use for pulling cranks? Does color of line manner in clear lakes such as pickwick pulling cranks? I've got timber brown power pro but gonna spool line counter rods up not sure type of line to use or color. I like braid but stren clear mono is hard to beat. Mostly fishing 20-30fow fish suspended at 15fow

Around here we use braid on line counter reels, with 2oz trolling sinkers, then 5ft of 6lb test mono leader with a 300 Bandit attached. Might work for you, and you could use your braid and Stren clear on clear water lakes.
Mind you, though ... when using the trolling weights, if you're pulling/pushing multiple rods and get one hung ... you may lose that crank, since you cannot stop your forward motion without potentially causing more hangups.
Normally, we're running at 1.8mph with 40-50ft of line out to reach fish in the 12-15ft depth range.
I don't know the actual "size" of the clips being used to attach the crank to the leader line, but it's likely not an issue ... so I'd just use whatever size seems appropriate to the size of the crank.
*Disclaimer: I'm not set up to fish this way in my boat ... this is what I've experienced while fishing with two of my friends that are set up and experienced in this method.

G i meant to say that i will be changing locations of that trolling rack and put in the back of the boat off the sides...I will be pulling instead of pushing....everything I have read says my shortest pole first then the longest pole out further away from me

The rods on the front of the boat that I am pushing have 3 ounce weights on them. I usually run about 15 to 20 feet of line out on the Push poles
I use this chart to determine the amount of line I run on the baits I pull. chart based on 10lb test
