We will. Are you sure TO and Lenny are not coming also? Got plenty of room for them.

Took my wife out late yesterday afternoon for some gills. The water had dropped several inches from Sunday and apparently the beds we fished then had been hammered since. We kept 10 big gills and one decent male redear. She proceeded to put the hurt on me but that is always a good thing when it comes to fishing. We caught several small gills.

She has a job that keeps her running about 60 hours a week and lots of out-of-town travel. I almost had to twist her arm to take a few hours to go to the lake. She had a ball and said it went a long way toward recharging her batteries.

She absolutely loves pulling crankbaits and said she can't wait till I start that.

Glad you got out with the wife. we had a ball but butts were dragging every day. Not used to that much sun in a stretch. Had to get a bunch of fishing in before the wife has surgery Tuesday. Will be a month before we can get out after that. Found a few but my spots were pretty dry. Must have been fished hard before we got to them. Got busy on the cats on the east side of the lake though.
