    It's crazy how people have no clue about protecting our waters and are so irresponsible. you know that guy had to be amazed when he landed this sucker.

    crazy that people think its ok to just release non native species into our lakes , however i dont think this particular species could survive through the winter months sense it is a south american fish and can only survive in warm climates, never less this kind of thing can completely destroy the ecosystem if the wrong species were introduced !!!!!

    Well said Greg! People have fish like this as pets and dump them in the local lake when they are tired of taking care of them. This happen all the time. I know of a Pacu and an octopus being caught in Lake Conway.

    looks like a pacu to me.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
