Thread: Mill Pond mixed bag

Had a ball for 2 hours today. Caught 15 crappie, several Bream and a few YP in New Kent today. Water temp was 62 and the crappie have moved out of the laydowns, coves and creeks and are now on BP's and Hurdles. BGBS blue ice on a 1/24 red sickle was hot. Slow retrieve and then feel that nice little tic. I wish I knew how to set the hook right as they are about to bite.. Kept 10 and all crappie were right at 10 or 11".

Nice catch and the pond looks great.
