    Default Made These For ShellCrackers

I read that Red Ears eat crayfish and I made these up. They are 1/16 oz. and 1 1/2 inches long.

Kind of like that and what does that head design do? I am sure these will catch a bunch of fish!

Also did you see I posted a picture for you of my area where I am tying and taking my pictures?

Hey Skip, The head was designed so when it hits something it flips up imitating a crayfish defense of backing up when threatened. The rabbit fur makes the jigs float in the back a little. This head also acts like a crank bait bill making it dig and vibrate. Made a lot of these for some FLW friends for big mouth bass. Posted a comment on your tying station thread.

Oh I know that head for bass should be really good at times! Have never really thought about that for crappie, but I do think they go after the crayfish too especially in spring. I do know the bluegills will eat most anything that doesn't eat them first, LOL!
