Default Free Young Farm Boar Pig

Had a White young boar stumble into my yard three days ago. It's all white about 30-35 lbs and healthy looking. Who ever comes gets it... can have it. Would like to see it raised before slaughtering. This is not a wild pig. PM me if you want it. I know there is somebody on here that has a farm.

Pen it up and feed it your fish scraps and corn. Make a load of sausage in about 6 months

I thought this was going to be another story like the lucky butterfly or crowing rooster. DP

LOL Don will see how lucky it is on my next trip. Seems my wife attracts all kinds of critters around here, Chickins, ducks, squirrle, and now a pig added to the list. She feeds everything and dont want to kill none of it. And if i dont get that pig out of here it becomes a pet and that's it... it will have a long life. If Robbie and Rick did'nt show up just in time she was talking about me building a Pin and keeping it as a pet. Big thanks to Rob and Rick and i get a little bacon out of the deal to boot. LOL

This thread reminds me of the three legged pig story.

A traveling salesman making a sales call on a farm was intrigued by a 3 legged pig with a wood splint for a hind leg that was limping around in the yard.

The sales knocks on the door and the farmer answers the door. The two pass greetings but curiosity is getting to the salesman so he ask the farmer about the three legged pig.

The farmer reply's that it is a very special pig. He informs the salesman about a house fire that had occurred and the pig entered the house and woke everyone in the house up including the dog. That pig saved our lives! The salesman asked so the pig lost his leg in the fire? The farmer said no and informed the salesman that his son had fell in the pond and couldn't swim. That pig pulled his son to safety. The farmer said that pig saved my sons life! The salesman asked so the pig lost his leg saving your son?

The farmer replied no son! That is one special pig we just couldn't eat him all at once!!!

It is easy to tell I'm bored! I hoped to fish today but not in 30 to 35mph gust! That is brutal even when pulling chains! Haha!
