Thread: Reelfoot Friday Thursday Sunday

How firmilar are you about lake and which way is the wind blowing. And are you jig fishing,spider riggings, or just dragging the meat??? catfishing, carp fishing or bass fishing ophs crappie.com. the other white meat lol my bad...PM but would start around green and work my way to swan!!!

Fished Reelfoot yesterday pushing minnows from Moultrie Field around green island point to Grooms pocket. Caught only two small crappie. Lots of boats in Moultrie but didn't see many catching.

I caught 11 today in chappy's pocket trolling minnows in 5 to 7 foot of water 2 to 4 feet down. Talked to another guy that had 10 trolling and two that were jigging the shore with only three fish each. I started out jigging and after 30 minutes with only one bite I got my trolling poles out. I stopped at DQ in Tiptonville on the way home and heard a good report from the Kirby pocket side but also had heard a bad report from there earlier in the day so who knows either you are on them or your not... Good luck wherever you decide to fish!!

it is hit and miss for sure.

Pen some fish up somewhere for me. We will be down next Thursday and the weather don't look good.

Just got home had a great time didn't catch many more bluegill than anything fished around green island on Friday and kirbys pocket on Saturday talked to a few guys Friday had some good ones they caught on jigs beautiful place to go see
