    Default torn Hamstring....

, well, I did it now.,., Tore my hamstring today trying to pull my leg over my trailer... My shorts I had on grabbed onto my jack and pulled my leg down as I was trying to climb over, My leg snapped back so hard I heard my hamstring tear.... the pain came on so fast, I barely got my tailgate down befor I started blacking out from the pain.,,I laid in the back of my blazer for at least a half hour before my eyes could begivero focus enough to make it back into the house so I could lie down',,I almost thought I was going to have to call 911 there for a moment ,,,,, I grunted myway bAck to bed and thought to myself,,, self,,,, Sure didn't take much to change my mind about wether or not to further my quest to go fishing today ,,,,,,,I guess some things are for a reason,,,, Hoping my leg will feel better by next week maybe to catch some thumpage while the bites still on,,,anyway,,m, Beware of low lying trailer hitches and jacks!

ICe, Ice and more ice. and dont forget the muscle relaxant, I prefer Old Bushmills but there are other varieties that depending on your personal preference may work better.

Good luck and remember to stretch a bit before embarking..

Sorry to hear that. The ability to remain mobile is a gift we all take for granted while youngsters but not so as we age. Speedy recovery!

My wife slipped on a boat launch 2 years ago and tore her hamstring off the bone in her hip. She had to have surgery, she was laid up in a special leg sling and recliner for 8 weeks before doc would allow her to move her leg. I hope yours isn't that bad
